As you can see, a lot of the two and a half acre plot is taken up with property, outbuildings, private garden, and fishing ponds!

Mature trees and shrubs

That doesn't mean to say that there isn't still a good deal to enjoy outdoors. The remaining plot stretches across to the fence where cattle graze quietly, and down to the quiet D road (no noisy wagons pass here!)

The ride on mower makes light work of the lawn and the mature trees, some fruit, set the grounds off beautifully.
